Matilda
Matilda movie is an adaptation of a book of the renowned author Roald Dahl. The title of the book was also Matilda. The story is about a young, very giftedly intelligent girl who has dumb, ungrateful for her and far from loving parents. Her intelligence is noticed by no one but her school teacher who is amazed by her intelligence at such a young age. Just like her parents, her school headmistress is tyrannical and feared by all the students. She realizes she isn’t just extraordinarily intelligent but also has powers. With her new found powers she makes her and her school teachers life better.
Charlie and the chocolate factory
Again an adaptation of Charlie and the chocolate factory by Roald Dahl. This movie is about a very poor boy who finds money on the road one day and decides to buy his favorite Wonka chocolate bar which turns out to be one with the golden ticket to be one of the 5 kids to visit the great Wonka chocolate factory.
Enola Holmes
A very interesting and mysterious movie based on a girl who also happens to be the sister of the renowned detective Sherlock Holmes. Having detective instincts in her blood Enola goes on to help a runaway prince and unintentionally help her brother unravel a clue he had been working on in his case.
This could easily be one of the best Netflix movies for 10 year olds sharpening their brain and increasing their ability to think. There’s no wonder why it was rated one of the top 10 movies on Netflix for kids.
We can be heroes
